Jeremih has been fighting the coronavirus for nearly a month. Thankfully, the 33 year-old singer is finally released from the hospital and he updated his fans.
On Dec. 9, the hitmaker posted, “THANK GOD IM STILL HERE , THANK YA’LL FOR THE 🙏🏾 UP #imbackkkk.” He also included a series of photos.

As BET previously reported, TMZ broke the news of Jeremih’s COVID diagnosis in mid-November when he was placed on a ventilator and admitted to the ICU. 50 Cent, Chance the Rapper and producer Hitmaka, were just a few of the artists that sent out prayers on social media for the R&B singer.
In a statement published to Variety on Nov. 19, Jeremih’s agent reported that he was taken off the ventilator, but remained in critical condition in the ICU. On Nov. 21, the R&B singer’s family released a statement confirming that he had been transferred out of ICU and was on the road to recovery.
The Chicago native was released from Northwestern Memorial Hospital on Dec. 4 after a long battle with COVID-19. ABC 7 Chicago, reports that Jeremih walked out of the hospital with his mother by his side on Friday.
