The legendary Dionne Warwick has been a hit on Twitter. Now, the singer’s tweets may have landed her a Netflix biopic starring Teyana Taylor.
On Dec. 16, Warwick tweeted to fans asking for a biopic, “This is a case for @netflix. Please don’t ask who I would cast to play me as it would obviously be @TEYANATAYLOR.”
Taylor quickly responded with hands up emojis.
Netflix’s Twitter account replied with “taking ✍️ notes ✍️..” and Warwick tweeted back, “I’ll call ya!”
Social media has pointed out the similarities between the top, including Karamo Brown from Queer Eye.
