Laverne Cox Partners With Shonda Rhimes For Podcast Series

Laverne Cox and Shonda Rhimes, two of the most celebrated people in entertainment, are joining forces for a podcast series. The Laverne Cox Show will be hosted by the Orange Is The New Black star and feature “intimate conversations” with guests.

Cox said about the venture, “I’m thrilled to be continuing and expanding my relationship with Shondaland by doing my first podcast with Shonda’s amazing team along with iHeartRadio. I can’t wait for everyone to hear the incredibly interesting conversations I have had with my guests.”

The actress/producer is also working with Rhimes on a scripted television series called Inventing Anna, about New York-based grifter Anna Delvey.

The Laverne Cox Show premieres in February on iHeartRadio.
