New York Fashion Week served a dose of Black girl magic on Thursday.
Earlier this year, the Instagram-famous clothing brand Pretty Little Thing released a collaboration with Teyana Taylor. The new gear hit the runway for this year’s highly-anticipated fashion week. Teyana’s daughter, Junie, stole the show and the audience’s hearts when she hit the runway donning a red sweatsuit, durag and matching cap.
The five-year-old superstar in the making took a page from her mother’s playbook and sashayed down the catwalk with a set of handlers carrying her train. The group was dressed identically to the adorable girl. Junie blew kisses and waved at spectators as one woman screamed her name.
Pretty Little Thing even launched a contest offering Teyana’s full collection and five stacks.

On January 25, Pretty Little Thing announced that Teyana was the brand’s new creative director. The “Wake Up Love” singer created the designs using her New York roots as her inspiration.
“PrettyLittleThing x Teyana Taylor 💄⚡ Introducing our Creative Director @teyanataylor with an exclusive collection designed by the Harlem-born musician herself.”
The New York Fashion Week collection consists of cut-out dresses, paisley print apparel and vividly-hued sweatsuits. The clothes accommodate every size, and little Miss Junie isn’t included.
