In just a few short years, Kylie Jenner has become a style and beauty icon in her own right and is certainly one of the most intriguing social media personalities of the moment. As ELLE UK’s February cover girl, she’s opening up about how she’s handled fame so far and hints at the one thing that will make her walk away from it for good.

Jenner poses like a pro for the ‘90s-inspired photo shoot. For her cover, she sports a fresh face and crisp white top and jacket from Dior and showcases more streamlined styles in her spread alongside model Lucky Blue Smith.

With fame comes constant scrutiny, and Jenner admitted she’s been a victim of online bullying. It’s what encouraged her to start the campaign #IAmMoreThan. “I came up with the idea because I feel like being a teenage girl and growing up in the spotlight, online bullying is kind of inevitable. I’m OK with that,” she said.

“It hurts me still but I can handle it and I know it comes with the lifestyle, and it’s just mean people on the Internet doing what they do. But I just wanted to find real people with real stories about their bullying and how they overcame it.”

And she explained how Justin Bieber has been a stalwart supporter through tough times. “I’m so close to him because I feel like he’s been through exactly what I’ve been through in a completely different way but very similar,” she tells the magazine. “So, he’s just…he just…he gets me, and every time I see him he always sits me down and is like, ‘Are you OK? You’re amazing. You can get through this, just stay true to yourself.’ He helps me a lot.”

Named one of Time magazine’s influential teens this year, the 18-year-old Jenner boasts more than 71 million online followers. However, she says her social presence won’t last forever. “Once I have a kid I’m not going to be on Instagram,” she revealed. “You know, I’ll probably delete my Instagram and just…I don’t know, live life.”
