Sing a sweet tune this Thanksgiving like James Wright Chanel, who is a true fan of Patti LaBelle‘s sweet potato pies. The musical review James posted to Facebook as he taste tests her pies on camera is probably the funniest thing you’ll see all day. Even Patti herself approved, reposting to her page, “Thank you for the review! Everyone get your own at Walmart!”

Early last month Patti announced that she’d be selling a collection of frozen pies at Walmart, but she (and our bellies) have James to thank for putting us on. The video is filled with catchy quotes like, “C’mon, Patti” and James’s soulful singing.
Then watch his second review of the Patti pies, where he sadly finishes the last slice, singing, “This isn’t how it was supposed to end,” before asking Patti for his coins.
Well, he’s certainly deserving because if this isn’t enough to make you run to Walmart and pick up one of her frozen treats, we don’t know what is.
