Khloé's Bestie Malika Haqq Announces Her Pregnancy

Malika Haqq shared some happy news on social media today — she’s expecting her first child!

The socialite and reality star, known for appearing in Keeping Up With the Kardashians alongside her best friend, Khloé Kardashian, announced on Instagram that she’s pregnant. Haqq also confirmed the news to People, adding that she is currently 14 weeks along, and is due in March.

“I have always wanted to be a mother and it’s still a little bit surprising but I’m overjoyed!” she said. “I’m a very emotional person anyway, but this is another heightening of emotion… I feel really good about where I am in my life being pregnant now.”

Haqq told People that she prefers not to disclose her child’s father’s identity at this time. She announced her split from rapper O.T. Genasis this past June. The couple was last pictured together in February.

Haqq shared the news with her Instagram followers in a post sponsored by Clear Blue, a brand of pregnancy tests. Looks like she’s getting an early start on her child’s college fund!

“I listen to my heart, and I’ve decided that the rest of my life will be the best of my life. I’m pregnant!” she captioned a photo of her holding a positive test. “I didn’t know when, I just knew one day. God said it’s my turn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the little spirit that grows inside of me. I am yours, baby, and you are mine.”
